						| Cancellation Procedures Cancellation of a trip by Dolphin Blue
 
 Due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances cancelation sometime occurs.  We will reschedule cancelled trips; however if you cannot make the rescheduled trip a full refund will be given.
 
 Cancellation of a trip by passengers
 If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked departure time;
 •	Your credit card will be charged with the full amount.
 •	Bookings made through the information centre will receive no money back.
 
 If you cancel within 2-7 days of your booked departure time;
 •	Your credit card will be charged with 50% of the full amount.
 
 If you cancel one week or more before your booked departure time;
 •	Your credit card will be refunded the full amount.
 
 All transactions are billed in NZD.
